What QFO does — and does not — transport
A clear scope of the medical cargo we carry, and what falls outside our services.
We transport
- Laboratory specimens (blood, tissue, swabs, fluids)
- Blood products and components (temperature-controlled)
- Pharmacy and prescription deliveries
- Compounded medications
- Medical records and documents
- Medical equipment and supplies
- Imaging films and studies
- Home-health medications and supplies
We do not transport
- Patients or any person transport (we are a courier, not an ambulance or NEMT service)
- Controlled substances requiring a DEA-registered transporter where we are not authorized
- Infectious or hazardous waste (Category B infectious substances beyond our scope)
- Human organs for transplant
- Radioactive materials
- General non-medical consumer parcels or freight
- Anything prohibited by law or by the shipper's licensing

QFO is a medical courier and logistics provider. We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, laboratory, ambulance service, or non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) provider, and we do not transport patients. Shipments must be properly packaged, labeled and authorized by the shipper in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
