A note on HIPAA
There is no general government-issued "HIPAA certification." QFO does not claim to be HIPAA certified. Instead, we use privacy, security, access-control, training, and documentation procedures designed for compliant operations. Our drivers and staff complete training on HIPAA privacy and security requirements, we maintain business associate agreements with clients, and we keep auditable records throughout the chain of custody.
