Two distinct ways organizations can work with QFO — corporate-operated territories and independent software subscriptions.
QFO-Operated Territory
Multi-State Operations
QFO may establish and manage operations in additional states using the QFO platform, operating standards, pricing controls, compliance requirements, and brand. Authorized local teams may manage day-to-day operations while QFO maintains corporate oversight and control.
QFO Software Subscription
Independent Business Subscription
Independent medical courier and healthcare-logistics companies may subscribe to QFO software to manage their own operations. Depending on their subscription level, the platform may provide dispatch, driver management, shipment tracking, proof of delivery, billing, reporting, customer management, API/webhook connectivity, and other operational tools. These organizations remain independent businesses and are customers of QFO’s technology platform.
Pricing FAQ
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Subscribers can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Plan & Billing portal — changes are prorated automatically.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month or annual. Annual billing saves you two months. Cancel anytime from the billing portal.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
Overage charges apply per extra driver, delivery, location, API call, and text notification — shown on each plan card. Enterprise overage is negotiated.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. We accept all major cards. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing with sales.
