3. How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary to operate our business and deliver services:

3.1 Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate our business, including Stripe for payment processing and our hosting and software platform providers. These providers process information on our behalf under appropriate agreements and are limited to the information necessary to perform their functions.

3.2 Drivers and Workforce

We share delivery and shipment information with drivers and authorized staff only as needed to complete assigned pickups and deliveries.

3.3 Clients Regarding Their Shipments

We share delivery status, tracking, and proof-of-delivery information with the client associated with a given shipment.

3.4 Legal and Compliance

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

3.5 We Do Not Sell Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not sell financial data, delivery data, or any other personal information for monetary or other consideration.

4. Stripe and Payment Processing

4.1 Stripe as Payment Processor

We use Stripe for processing subscription payments and one-time invoice payments. When you complete a payment, you interact with Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe collects and processes your payment information (such as card details) directly. We receive confirmation of the transaction, payment status, and limited billing metadata needed for our records. We do not receive or store your full card number.

4.2 Stripe Financial Connections

If you voluntarily choose to connect a bank account for payment or bank-account verification through Stripe Financial Connections, that connection is established directly between you and Stripe. QFO receives only the financial information necessary for the Stripe functionality that has been enabled for your account — for example, confirmation that a linked account is verified, or the bank account type and last few digits needed for payment processing. We do not receive your online banking login credentials. We do not sell your financial data.

4.3 Stripe's Privacy Policy

Stripe's handling of payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy and terms, available at stripe.com/privacy. We encourage you to review Stripe's privacy practices.

5. Healthcare-Related and Sensitive Delivery Information

As a medical courier and healthcare logistics company, some of the deliveries we handle may involve healthcare-related or sensitive information. We approach such information with care:

  • We collect cargo descriptions and handling instructions only as needed to complete delivery — not clinical or diagnostic details beyond what is necessary for transport.
  • We apply role-based access controls so that delivery and chain-of-custody records are accessible only to authorized personnel.
  • We maintain audit logs for access to operational systems.
  • For healthcare clients, the handling of protected health information is governed by the applicable business associate agreement and client contract, not by this Privacy Policy alone.

This Privacy Policy is a general description of our practices and does not by itself constitute a representation that QFO, Stripe, our website, or any specific feature is HIPAA compliant. If you require confirmation of our compliance posture for a particular engagement, please contact us before relying on any statement in this policy.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses essential browser storage to maintain your session and operate core functionality (such as keeping you logged into the customer portal). We do not use advertising cookies, third-party advertising trackers, or cross-site tracking pixels. We do not sell information derived from cookies or similar technologies. If you clear or disable cookies in your browser, core website functionality may be limited.

7. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using industry-standard protocols
  • Role-based access controls limiting information access to authorized personnel
  • Audit logging for operational system access
  • Separation of payment processing through Stripe, so that full card data is not stored on our systems
  • Incident response procedures for suspected security events

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting the information we hold.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Delivery records, chain-of-custody documentation, proof-of-delivery records, and billing records are retained for the periods required by law, regulation, and client contract. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention practices and applicable legal requirements.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal and contractual retention obligations
  • Request that we restrict or limit certain processing of your information
  • Request a copy of your information in a portable format
  • Object to certain processing of your information
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on your consent

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the methods in Section 12. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

10. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

We do not sell personal information to third parties. This includes delivery information, payment information, account information, and any other personal data we collect. We do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Contacting QFO

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, wish to exercise your privacy rights, or need to report a privacy concern, you may contact us through our Contact page or our Support Center.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Material changes will be posted here.
